The hardest customer to please, these are at my home. We wanted to show how colour can be used to dramatic effect with Shutters.
Privacy was important and heat retention, as large windows in the dorma get very cold. They don't reduce light and function brilliantly as blackout for our sons bedroom. We think they look amazing.

These are our MDF versitile, stable mixed wood shutters. They are ideal for most windows although they are heavy so not recommended for windows over 1.5m tall to avoid. Finished in a durable polymer wrap. Available in 9 colours.

These are durable, paint finished hardwood doors, with a MDF frame, high quality at an affordable cost. These are much lighter in weight, which makes them more versatile for larger, wider windows. Cafe Style provides privacy without compromising the light balance in the room. Available in a choice of 18 colours or you can choose a custom colour.
Recommended in any room apart from wet rooms, kitchen, bathroom.

A specific brief, most important is child safety being a school site and conforming to all Health and Safety Requirements.
We replaced the traditional weights and chains, with welded weights at the bottom of the louvres. The operation cords and chains replaced with a child safe wand.

Bay Windows look amazing with our Boston range of shutters, full height, this means weight of the Shutter door is important we will only fit Boston Hardwood doors in windows over 1.5 metres tall. These beautiful bays faced a busy road so upstairs split tilt allowing top panels to be opened independently. In the downstairs we introduced a second tilt enabling privacy whilst entertaining at the dining table, this shows the versatility of Shutters.

Specific Brief, customer could not sleep wit the light bleed from curtains. The windows are fire escape tilt and turn inward opening, limited options. Perfect fit with the venetian option gives the control of light in the day time, advised to go with the darker plum colour to help with the lighter mornings.

This is an example where Champion Shutters and Blinds excels all other companies, asked to quote, failed due to the overhang of the roof. We listened to our customer and worked with our supplier / manufacturer to produce a bespoke solution. This had to be ultra safe and conform to strict parameters to meet Council requirements in Child Safety. The result helps protect the children from the harmful UV rays inside and out. These roller based blinds are both practical for privacy and also look very stylish. Two layers of opaque and sheer fabric, glide past each other, allowing varying light control into your home. They can be closed for full privacy or like traditional rollers, be pulled up, for an unobstructed view.

This was a newly renovated property with 10 Velux windows in the extension. The customer tried living without blinds but quickly realised that something was needed to protect the furniture, flooring etc and their eyes from the glare of the sun. Although they wanted to keep the light and airy feel of the rooms.
We recommended Solar translucent rollers. They can be stopped at any point to adjust for the position of the sun in different seasons. Solar panel with lithium batteries don't need charging.

Customer had inherited with property purchase, a very old manual awing looking very tired and threadbare. Although this did allow them to experience the benefits of having an awning. It was definitely time to upgrade. New fully automated no maintenance awning supplied and fitted.

This customer had a stunning roof installed to make the most of the stunning views and night time sky. What they didn't realise is the sun would heat up the bedroom above.
The solution powder coated, Perfect fit International, Conservatory Roof Blinds. No drill clip in design. We used honeycomb pleated black out, to stop the transfer of heat and block the sun.

Tracked Shutters Boston
76mm Hidden Tilt, mid rail in Pure White plus Velux Solar powered remote, in White Blackout.
Specific requirements from the customer, make the room cosier and more private but retain access through sliding middle door.
Tracked shutters perfect for the job, we designed the openers to allow light control on left and right fixed windows whilst the door is in use. The blackout remote control Velux blind added to the light control and made the room feel cosier.

This property is located on a busy road, the customer required privacy and a solution to reduce the traffic noise.
Shutters were the perfect solution offering the flexibility of top and bottom split opening for privacy as well as dampening the traffic noise. They also help with heat retention stopping the hot air reaching the cold glass.
